3 Things To Do Before You Move Into Your New Home

There's some things that people don't think of when they're getting ready to move; things that could be viewed as boring or unimportant but will actually be a huge issue later on- so for safety, time and money, heres a few things that you should look into getting for your new home.


1. New Garage Door System: while lots of people remember to change the locks, it's a bit harder to remember to change the codes to get into the garage. A handy dandy how too guide is here.

It saves you crazy amounts of money and it's good for your furnace to boot!

3. Paint or Refinish any floors 

Floors can be hiding issues that you ( and your inspector) may have missed and now that you have the place, it may be good to replace or refinish floors- particularly any that are looking anything less than great!
