It's DIY season. The summer is such a great time to do those DIYS because it's hotter and drier and the sun is up longer, among other things.

Without further ado, how about some fan-tas-mic DIYs to get you feeling crafty and your home more, well, homey.
1. Wreaths
Wall decoration made from book pages or newspapers

Wreaths are great because they are so simple and versitile. the one pictures above is used with old books cut into roses and pulled together. Beware though, it's a 20 hour project. You can view the full tutorial here. You can also simply buy a wreath frame from your local store and glue stuff on at random.
Or, if you don't want to make it, you can buy this one on Etsy.  (https://www.etsy.com/listing/183609461/handmade-paper-flower-wreath?ref=shop_home_active_5)

2. Hanging Bottle Garden :

Turn empty wine bottles into a hanging herb garden

Pretty self explanatory, this one is on my list to be trying in the next week or so and i'm so excited.
3. Charging Dock
storing chargers for-the-home

You can get the full tutorial here, but essentially you hole punch( with one of those big hole punches from your craft store) the long front side the number of 'charging stations' you want. . Either cut the bottom off entirely or make a large hole on one side for the master cord to go through..Then paint the box, then rivet the holes. Super cute and easy.
4. DIY patterned walls
draw on a lightbulb- itll decorate the walls with your designs

This is really simple. Just take a lightbulb and draw patterns on the glass bulb, put it into your lamp or lights, and voila! patterned lights on your walls. ideal for parties and children's rooms.
5. DIY Lace Bowls

YAY! Hope these make your day better, and your home more comfortable.
