"Denver’s real estate is cheaper than any city of equal importance in the World." c.1910

Boasts the billboard on the face of this early Denver post-card.

Take a peek at Denver on a Sunday morning in December.

Post-cards such as this were often circulated around the nation encouraging folks to pack up and move on out to Denver Colorado.

Over a hundred years later and not too much has changed.

I'm sure 100 years ago there were opponents to Denver's fast paced growth, just as there are today.

Especially from folks who now have to compete at a higher level just to maintain what they've spent years to establish.

Here's a little Stevie Zen for ya~

Guess who got rich during the Gold Rush?

Not the poor earth digging prospector seeking his fortune one pan of dirt and sand at a time. No, the one who prospered, undoubtedly, was the one selling the shovels, picks and pans.

Real Estate is today's Gold Rush tool.

Will you capitalize while the frenzy is on or will you let history pass you by?

Want to compete at a higher level?  See what your current home is worth.

As a Realtor, I want to help you grow your wealth.  That is all.

Come to Denver to live, altitude one mile.  Actually hundreds of thousands of well-to-do families live in the United States and Canada under unfavorable climate conditions, who would live in Denver the year around if they appreciated what a wonderful climate and beautiful city we have.

The best all the year outdoor climate in the world.  Sunshine 320 days each year.  No extremes of heat or cold.  No floods, cyclones, earthquakes or malaria. Over 300 golfing days in the year.  Four golf courses, two public.

Nearby irrigated lands $75 to $150 per acre.  Dry farming lands $10 to $20 per acre.  Crop yield enormous, doe to the sunshine and irrigation. 19,000,000. Acres of land in Colorado subject to homestead entry, good for farming and stock raising. Live stock raised and fattened at great profit on native grasses.  Climate prevents tubercular diseases and cholera.  Wonderful opportunities for dairying and poultry.

Denver’s park, boulevard and mountain park system unsurpassed by any city in the world.  Numerous theaters, summer gardens, park concerts and picture entertainments are of the highest class.  (No city in America twice Denver’s size is so well supplied with entertainment.)

Wonderful radium springs at Idaho Spring, near Denver, offer a surer cure for all rheumatic, gout, and uric acid troubles than any baths in the world.  They are many times stronger in radium than any European springs.

Denver trade territory extends 500 miles in all directions__ to supply which we need factories, farmers and stock raisers.

Denver’s real estate is cheaper than any city of equal importance in the World.  Safe 6% real estate loans in which to invest.

Population 1910___213,381.  Much larger now.
