Hey Denverites! The changing of the seasons is in full swing and even though we are still enjoying some sunshine you can feel the air starting to get colder. The fall season is one of the best in Colorado and with halloween coming up at the end of this month there is no shortage of things to do!Before it gets too cold there are a few outdoor events we would like to highlight. 1) Rocky Mountain Arsenal Refuge Day: Located right next to Dicks Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, if you've never had the chance to pay a visit to this wildlife refuge then plan on going this weekend. From 10am - 3pm on Saturday Oct. 18th the refuge is hosting a free day with many activities including a wildlife drive where you can see bison and many other live animals. 2) Denver Beer & Running Clubs: Before it's too cold to go for a run outside and many Coloradans starting putting on their 'winter weight' check out one of the numerous beer and running clubs in the Denver area. These clubs are setup for people who enjoy running and socializing with a beer afterwards!Happy Fall Colorado!- Doing Denver for Less

"We first met Marc Blitstein online when we were exploring the possibility of relocating from Central Florida to Denver, CO. From the moment we made contact we found him to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the Denver real estate market. He was able to tell us about various areas and he even visited property we were interested in on our behalf. Marc returned emails, phone calls, answered all of our questions, inquires and provided assistance with our questions about Denver’s legal requirements. After we had chosen a property, he was extremely thorough and careful to explain all of the ins and outs of our purchase offer, how the electronic documents and filings would be handled, the process of a home inspection, and other miscellaneous details that are involved in buying real estate long distance. He had several very helpful suggestions for us as we worked our way through the process. Marc went above and beyond our expectations. We whole heartedly recommend Marc as a real estate agent for any relocation to Denver or its metro area."
